Free delivery exceptions

Delivery is free throughout the UK, with the exceptions of Scotland, PL, TR, and CT postcodes.  If you live within these postal areas, please contact us first and we will provide you with a cost for delivery.

Please note, to qualify for delivery, there is a minimum order of £150.00.

Lead-time

Most deliveries are executed within ten working days from placing the order, bespoke orders may take a little longer.  During busy periods, or as a result of circumstances that are beyond our control, this timeframe may need to be adjusted.  We pride ourselves on our level of communication and will keep you updated at every stage.

Your responsibilities

Delivery of all units are curb-side only.  It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure you have enough help available to assist you with the offloading of your glass.

If delivery is attempted and there are insufficient people there to offload the glass, a redelivery charge will be applied.

Keeping you updated

You will be contacted shortly after your order is placed, and we will provide you with a date for your delivery.  On rare occasions, due to circumstances that are beyond our control, delivery may be executed a day later.  You will be updated on the status of your order at every stage.

The afternoon before delivery, we will contact you with an expected time of arrival, the driver details, and the weight of your unit.
